Credit card

Fast and efficient payment method, you only have to enter your card details.


ATM

The site will generate an entity and reference with the value of your order that you can settle at any ATM or Homebanking.


MB WAY

With MB WAY you can pay for your order using your mobile phone number associated with this service. Dismisses the sending of proofs.

 

Paypal

The most used payment method in the world. All you need is an email and a password and that’s all you need to complete the checkout.

You have 24 hours to make the payment from the moment you receive an order confirmation email. If you do not pay for your order within the established 24 hours, it will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping

If you order before 5 pm on a working day and if all items are in stock in the online store, your order will be delivered on the third working day. This applies to orders for mainland Portugal. For the Islands, shipping is carried out with the same speed, however, the time it takes the carrier to deliver the order is naturally longer.


Note:

1) The carrier does not deliver on weekends and national holidays.

2) Orders placed during the weekends will only begin to be processed on the following business day.

2) Orders will only begin to be processed after payment has been made.

After-sales

Customer satisfaction is one of our main concerns. If you received a damaged product, please contact us at info.corticaportuguesa@gmail.com to resolve the situation.

You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, with the exception of payments made by credit card, where the commission amount is borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the product.

In the case of a personalized product, its return will not be accepted.

It will be the customer’s responsibility to return the product(s) immediately and in the same conditions in which it was received.
