1. General conditions
The present general or other particular contractual conditions that may be established, regulate the relations between the company Cortiça Portuguesa, and the third parties that use the website, hereinafter designated as customers. “Product” means the goods covered by the purchase contract.

5. How the contract is concluded
- After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of the order, this does not mean that it has been accepted. Your order is just an offer made to us to purchase a product. All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability, we will confirm this acceptance through an email sent to confirm the shipment. The contract is only considered concluded after confirmation of shipment and will end after the full acceptance of the product (without return) by the customer.
- When placing an order, you are expressing full acceptance of the product’s characteristics, price and delivery / execution time.
- We reserve the right to only accept orders placed by persons over 18 years of age. 6. Price and payment

We normally check prices as part of our shipping procedures, so that if the correct price for the product is lower than the price we refer to, we will charge you the lowest price when shipping the product. If the correct price of the product is higher than that indicated by us on our website, normally, according to our criteria, we will contact you to obtain your instructions before shipping the Product, or we will reject your order and notify you -we will from that rejection.

- The customer has 48 hours to make the payment he receives at the end of his order. After this period without payment has been confirmed, your order will be canceled.
7. Transportation
The customer should, as soon as he receives the product (s), ensure that the volume he receives is in good condition, that it is not damaged, that there is no evidence of abuse or breach of the casing or with holes, always that any of these situations should occur, you must complain in writing on the bill of lading upon receipt of the order and report to the Cortiça Portuguesa the respective occurrence for the respective purposes, via email info.corticaportuguesa@gmail.com or by phone +351 917350977 to determine responsibilities. For all orders placed online, the customer bears the shipping costs except in situations where the product has a postage offer.
8. Delivery deadlines for orders
Cortiça Portuguesa satisfies customer orders for the continent between the 3rd day and the 4th business day when ordering and if products are available in stock. In case of stock outages, the customer will be contacted in order to be informed about delivery times or to be presented with alternatives to the requested equipment.
9. Returns and refunds
- The customer can cancel a contract at any time, within 14 working days, counting from the day he received the product (s). It will be the customer’s responsibility to return the product (s) immediately and under the same conditions in which they were received. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products. The customer is responsible for the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the product unless it is defective or does not correspond to the description.
- The customer cannot return if the good is a product customized to your specifications.
- Refunds for payments by entity and reference are made by bank transfer.
For payments by MBWAY or credit card, the return is made using the same payment method as the purchase.
